Oh, dear, I won't know these except for #4 -- it was Van Halen. Caused quite a stir as I remember. No idea on the rest.

It's pretty clear the enthusiasm for album cover questions is somewhat less than those of media personalities and TV shows. I tried it once on the other site and the reaction was equally underwhelming. I would wait on giving out the answers if there were more active players, but here we go:

I think had one of them been Pink Floyd, I might (MIGHT) have recognized it.... They are my alltime favorite band.
