Have we been to New Zealand yet? No? Europeans have been colonizing there for sixty years. We should visit. Now isn't a good time because they're in a land war with the Maori, but that didn't stop this woman from immigrating there with her daughter.

Hmm, that doesn't look like The Piano to me. The daughter was played by Anna Paquin but again that doesn't look like her.
