The actress looks a bit familiar. What else was she in ? The actor looks like a plain white bread nonentity. I'll have to give up without more clues.

No, it's the film that's the nonentity. Okay, here's a hint for each of them: He dumped Elle right before going off to school. She was in the last few seconds of X-Men 3 (after the credits), and she was also haunted by her dead husband's memory.

You're correct on all there counts! Olivia has certainly looked better. She was the widow in Sixth Sense and Dr. Moira something-or-other in X-Men 3.

Matthew Davis was the ex-boyfriend in Legally Blond.
