Not too many movies have women as the villains. Offhand I think of Cathy Bates in Misery and Rebecca de Mornay in The Hand that Rocks the Cradle.. Maybe Rosa Klebb in From Russia With Love. Nurse Ratched was the nurse you loved to hate.
