I think this guy is in the Jessica Biel version of Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

This looks like R. Lee Ermey who plays the Sheriff. You also featured him in a still from Full Metal Jacket. Are you related to him or something ?

I was aiming for Texas Chainsaw massacre: The Beginning, which wasn't a Jessica Biel movie. But I see that Jessica Biel was in Texas Chainsaw Massacre(2003), and so was R. Lee Ermey!

Not related... it's just that his was the only picture I found that I felt wasn't obviously a slasher film.
