Right, Yusuf! Sad to say we'll lose two more rising stars over the next 10 months.

Janis Joplin died about two weeks after Hendrix.

Jim Morrison died the next year on July 3. His grave in Paris' Pere Lachaise Cemetery has become a nuisance to the French.

I visited there in 2000. I had just paid respects to Jean Champollion and started looking for Jimmy when I saw a tour group of Russians walk by. Figuring they weren't there to see Chopin or Balzac, I followed them. They led me right to him.
