I think the movie is Diamonds are Forever, but I don't know the actress.

No reason you should, but her name is Trina Parks. She was Thumper, one of two bikini-clad ninjas (not really) who attack Bond.

How can I say this charitably? This and Moonraker are my two least favorite Roger Moore Bond movies.
